A desk-job worker whose only exercise is breathing decides to try personal training for the very first time. Gye Na-ri moves into a surprisingly nice rooftop room at a suspiciously low rent, only to discover it's secretly connected by a hidden staircase to an all-women's gym on the floor below. The gym's owner and landlord, Jin Dal-rae, has blown through the entire deposit on renovations and has no way to pay it back — so she offers Na-ri three months of free personal training in exchange for some extra time to come up with the money.
