Astraea is the greatest swordmaster in the world — and one day she realizes she has been reincarnated as a character inside a novel, specifically the one destined to be killed by the final boss, the God of Evil. While out one day, she rescues a child from a group of attackers, only to recognize him as the very boy fated to become that evil god. On an impulse, she decides that if things have come to this, she might as well raise him right and turn his life around. She takes him in — but somewhere along the way, the boy she carefully raised grows into a possessive young man who trails her every step and watches her every move with obsessive devotion.
