Sinopsis

Cheolleung High School has some of the strictest hair-length regulations imaginable — the moment a student breaks the rules, a teacher's clippers come flying. In the middle of this oppressive atmosphere, a troublemaker transfer student with outrageously long hair teams up with Kwon Gi-su, a boy the clippers simply can't seem to touch.
