Sinopsis

Kumuchi, the head librarian of the Temple of God, takes in a child named Yuli from a slave market. Rather than putting Yuli to work as a temple servant, Kumuchi tasks the child with accompanying him on a journey to a neighboring land to find and bring back the rightful successor to the temple's spiritual leader, known as the Sky Master. The two set off eastward from the temple, traveling through many countries and encountering all manner of people along the way — until at last they come face to face with the one they have been searching for: the Little Sky Master.
