Sinopsis

A patient suspected of carrying the ARS-24 variant escapes from a university hospital, and infectious disease professor Jeong Yu-hyeon — wracked with guilt over losing her own patient — joins the search. She heads to Surak Village in Hwaseong, the last known location of the missing patient, where the search team comes face to face with something deeply wrong: a figure nearly two meters tall with an enormous frame, an animal carcass in hand, clothes soaked in blood and torn to shreds, and the face of an old man that somehow doesn't seem old at all. The team is instantly unsettled, and Jeong Yu-hyeon begins to suspect that whatever is wrong with this man is connected to the disturbing symptoms her patient displayed before vanishing.
