In 2009, a villager is shot dead in a remote mountain hamlet. Ominous incidents continue to follow. Cho Jeongwoo, a boy who was born and raised in that village, begins to sense a mysterious, unsettling gaze fixed on him — and soon finds himself swept up in a catastrophe that spirals far beyond his control.
