Jin Sohan was born an orphan, but was taken in by the Hyeonwol Sword Dance Troupe and spent his childhood among them. One day, a notorious villain known as the Poison Demon notices something unusual about Sohan's physique and kidnaps him. After years of grueling experiments, Sohan is eventually trained as the Poison Demon's own disciple. Ten years later, he sets out to find any trace of the troupe that once raised him — only to learn that his hometown has fallen under the grip of a criminal underworld that has wiped them out entirely.
