Yeon, a nine-tailed fox who looks down on humans, is unexpectedly saved from an accident by an ordinary young man named Dongi. By the nature of her kind, a gumiho must repay any debt of gratitude — so Yeon begins showing up at Dongi's door every single day, much to his discomfort. Slowly, the two begin to glimpse each other's wounds and fill each other's voids, growing closer than either expected. But with different backgrounds, different species, and entirely different ways of loving, can a gumiho and a human possibly find a happy ending together?
